Three games, and three losses, to the team the Rangers dominated in last year’s ALCS. We’ve seen everything from dormant bats to poor pitching, a myriad of reasons are available but you can’t necessarily pinpoint one.
For me the record with runners in scoring position (RISP) stands out – they were 5 for 25 throughout the series. The Rangers had twenty chances to put runs on the board where they came up short.
The Rangers will take on Atlanta for three inter-league games; hopefully they can do better in these outings. Look for Stacy’s recap later today!
