The rotation for your 2012 Texas Rangers is finally set. The makeup of the personnel doesn’t surprise me, even though there are thing that I feel could and should have been better. The fact that Skipper Ron Washington would go with Yu Darvish, Derek Holland, Matt Harrison, Colby Lewis and Neftali Felix is honestly the most expected route they could have taken.
It appears for all of the offseason talk and speculation Washington held true to his word and will have Colby Lewis start the year. From there the two southpaws will take the hill with Holland Harrison in that order. They will be followed by Yu Darvish on day 4 and then Neftali Felix. Number 2-5 on that last will give many teams grief.

I am married to a wonderful woman who relunctantly tolerates baseball. I have three great kids who chase down autographs and foul balls with the best of them. I have been a fan of baseball my entire life, literally at a Big Red Machine game while in utero. I love my Texas Rangers since I can remember, I remember Mitch Williams being a Texas Ranger okay? While I am away from Texas I have the pleasure of watching the Rangers prospects playing with the Hickory Crawdads and Myrtle Beach Pelicans.
The Texas Rangers Farm System, past and present is a real treat for me and will be happy to answer any prospect question you may have.
