Texas Rangers Watch the A’s Celebrate Again

The Oakland Athletics once again celebrated a post season birth on the Texas Rangers home field, and Rangers fans are getting pretty tired of seeing that. The A’s backed into the post season much like the Rangers did in 2012 when they did not celebrate their wild card birth, but the A’s decided to throw themselves a party after defeating the Rangers in a must win game 4-0.

The Texas Rangers season is now over, and although I will miss watching Texas Rangers baseball every night of the week, I will not miss much about a devastating 2014 season. Injury and a long stretch of under performing made the 2014 a tough season to watch. The team finished strong, and I hope that is a good sign for things to come. Look for the Rangers to bounce back in 2015 with some new additions, some old additions returning and Yu Darvish and Derek Holland leading the rotation.

Nick Martinez, Nick Tepesch, Miles Mikolas, Lisalverto Bonilla and others showed that they may just have what it takes to be a part of a major league rotation, and it will be fun to watch the battles in spring training in 2015 to see who rises above the pack in the group of youngsters. So sit back, relax and continue to keep it right here to see the 2014 season broken down and the 2015 season come to shape. It is going to be a very entertaining off-season in my opinion, and I for one am glad that it is that time. Let’s go Rangers!
