Can Shin-Soo Choo put together a healthy season?  Choo will be entering his fourth season as a Ranger and from a fans perspective, it may be a make or break year.

As far as right field is concerned, health will be the biggest factor for the Texas Rangers in 2017. With Shin-Soo Choo only starting 48 games in 2016, rookie Nomar Mazara carried the load in right field.

If Choo can stay healthy he figures to be the everyday right fielder. His ability to get on base at the top of the order is incredibly valuable to the starting lineup.

However, given his injury history and age, it’s important for the Rangers to have depth.

Can Choo put together a healthy 2017? If so, the Rangers have an elite top of the lineup hitter who provides solid defense in right field.
