CLUTCH, adj: dependable in crucial situations. The Texas Rangers have a player that is the embodiment of being a clutch player: Adrian Beltre.  When the Texas Rangers signed Adrian Beltre in 2011 to a 5-year $80MM with a vesting option for $16MM in 2016 deal, I don’t think any Texas Rangers fan was too upset over it. Adrian Beltre is known for driving in runs, being one of the best third basemen, homers and helping his team win.

After the Texas Rangers lost the opener on Monday, last night’s game was crucial. Not only for the fan’s morale but more so for the Texas Rangers. With all the injuries over Spring Training and then the loss, last night’s game proved, by Adrian Beltre once again, that the Texas Rangers may be down but they are NEVER out. So, with Adrian Beltre’s winning walk-off hit in mind here’s a quick reminder of why Texas Rangers fans and players LOVE Adrian Beltre. Enjoy!
