The Ranger Report Podcast Episode 22

The Ranger Report Podcast host Ben Dieter had the chance to go cover a Round Rock Express game on Saturday, August 2. It was an evening where Robbie Ross got the ball, Geovany Soto caught, Derek Holland was in the building, and many other major league players were there as well. The Express also inducted Jackie Moore into the Round Rock Express hall of fame.

After doing a review of the last 10 days or so, The Ranger Report Podcast discusses this trip and plays the interview that Ben got with Brett Nicholas, catching prospect for the Express. Ben and David react to the interview, then discuss the minor leagues a little before moving back to the current series with the Rangers and Rays and previewing the series with the Angels.

The Ranger Report Podcast then hands out it’s best of the week and worst of the week. David and Ben then mention things coming up for future shows, including a discussion about Jurickson Profar and Rougned Odor and promoting the “Do It For Durrett” fundraiser that will be happening at the end of this month.
