Position battles are exciting to follow all throughout spring training. The Texas Rangers have at least four to monitor over the next month.

Internal competition is one of the most exciting parts of spring training. The games don’t mean a whole lot in the scheme of things, but for a select number of players, they mean everything. Some Texas Rangers players are competing for a roster spot and some are competing for a starting spot. Spring training has begun; therefore, position battles have begun.
