The Texas Rangers have always been a renowned offensive organization with some of the best offenseive minded players in Major League Baseball. Making it little surprise that since the Louisville Silver Slugger was first awarded back in 1980, the Rangers have won 27 of them.

From Al Oliver, Ivan Rodriguez and Juan Gonzalez to Josh Hamilton, Adrian Beltre and Corey Seager, the Rangers always seem to find a player that is recognized with the award year-after-year.

Ivan Rodriguez, 1994-99 [6]

Rodriguez spent 13 years with the Rangers and is now one of the organization's three players in the National Hall of Fame wearing Rangers' caps, alongside Nolan Ryan and Adrian Beltre. During his first 10 seasons with Texas, he won the Silver Slugger six times. Beginning with the first one 1994 after just 99 games, he hit .298 with 16 home runs and 57 RBIs.

In his final Silver Slugger season in 1999 he slashed .332/.356/.558 with 35 homers, 113 runs driven in, 29 doubles, 25 stolen bases and a .914 OPS in 144 games. That season he also won the American League World Series Most Valuable Player and catcher Gold Glove.

Juan Gonzalez, 1992-93, 1996-98 [5]

A winner of the award five times in the 1990s with the Rangers, Gonzalez was one of the most prolific hitters in the Rangers' organization. His first Silver Slugger season in 1992 he led all of Major League Baseball with 43 homers in 155 games.

During his five career award-winning seasons, he won the AL MVP twice (1996 and 1998). His '98 season he led the AL with 50 doubles and 157 RBIs, adding 45 home runs, .318 average and a .997 OPS in 154 games.

Julio Franco, 1989-91 [3]

Another five-time Silver Slugger winner, the second baseman won three as a member of the Texas Rangers in the late 1980s and early 1990s. In those three straight seasons, Franco was a 18.3 WAR player who batted .318 with 546 hits, 39 homers and 239 RBIs.

Those three seasons were backed up with back-to-back-to-back-to-back All-Star appearances. His best season was 1991 where he led MLB with a .341 batting average. He recorded a 6.1 WAR and finished 15th in MVP voting.
