Two years ago, I got tired of football and decided to see what baseball was all about. Intrigued by the youngest GM in the league, I decided to follow the Texas Rangers, and purchased an MLB.TV subscription. From then on, I watched every Rangers game, and read every blog, newspaper article, and press release of Rangers material. I was captivated by the elegant contrast between the unpredictable path of the ball off the bat, and the plethora of sabermetric statistics that predicted every aspect of the game. I have known World Series baseball the only two seasons I have been a fan, which has transformed me into an adoring perfectionist, who loves the Rangers but can't tolerate when they don't win it all.I am graduating in the spring of 2012 from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Government and Politics, and currently work part time with the Federal government.
