Round 3, Pick 84: Josh Owens, TWP, Providence Academy (Tennessee)
A high school two-way player, the 18-year-old projects much more as a position player than a pitcher but with proper development it could pay off for Texas. From a small town in Tennessee, Owens compares to Evan Carter, another high school draftee of the Rangers five years ago.
