How to watch Rangers games in 2026 with & without cable: Full Streaming Guide

The 2026 regular season is nearing its return and the Texas Rangers are eyeing on opening their season on a high note in Philadelphia later this month.

Not much has changed in terms of every day games for the Rangers, entering their second season with the Rangers Sports Network and Victory+ combination. National TV games do change and the Rangers will have a handful of those.

Here's a full rundown of where to watch the Rangers this year.

How to watch the Rangers on cable in 2026

If you live in the Rangers selected five-state coverage of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of New Mexico and have DirecTV, AT&T U-Verse, Spectrum, Astound and Fubo you will be able to access the games on the providers designated channel.

The team is also offering free over-the-air (OTA) games on Friday home games for the second straight season. Right now there are 15 scheduled OTA games beginning with the March 28 contest against the Boston Red Sox. In the Dallas-Fort Worth area they will be televised on CW33 but for other channels throughout the coverage area, click here.

The Rangers are also scheduled to be broadcasted nationally 13 times throughout the season: six times on FOX, two times on FS1, four times on NBC/Peacock and once on MLB Network. MLB still does have a deal with Apple TV for select Friday Night Baseball games but that schedule still isn't announced as of March 10.

How to stream the Rangers without cable in 2026

Option 1: Victory+

Entering the second season of the Rangers partnership with Victory+, the streaming app can be used to view all non-nationally televised games. Access is not subject to blackout restrictions so if you are in the Rangers' viewing market, fans can watch without having any additional cable packages. If interested, a Victory+ 2026 season pass is $30 off at $120.

Option 2: MLB.tv

This is the option for the Rangers fans' that do not live in the coverage area of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of New Mexico. Subscribers can get access to every Rangers game that is not nationally broadcasted or chosen for a select streaming service such as Apple or Roku.

This season MLB.tv will look different after ESPN's acquisition of the streaming app. ESPN will have streaming rights to a handful of teams

The total cost for MLB.tv is $149 per year or $29.99 per month. Single team packages will run anywhere from $99.99 a year to $129.99 a year. Or if you're a T-Mobile customer, you could take advantage of the provider's MLB deal that gives customers access to the service for free.

Option 3: Other streaming devices

As of right now, only a few games will require additional subscriptions. Four of the games will show on NBC/Peacock (three of those only on Peacock), with the streaming service costing $7.99 a month. Apple TV+ will cost a $12.99 monthly subscription but can be bundled through Peacock with access to both being $14.99 per month.

Netflix will also get in on the action this season and while no Rangers' games are scheduled to air on the platform, the Opening Day game between the Yankees and Giants is set to air on the streaming platform. It will also get exclusive airing rights to the midsummer classic's Home Run Derby.
