The season is only days away and the Rangers have experienced a lot of new changes when it comes to how fans can watch the team play this season. After the departure with Bally Sports at the end of the 2024 season, the organization launched the Rangers Sports Network as the team's exclusive home of Rangers baseball.

With those changes and the approaching of a new stadium, here's a full guide on how to watch the Rangers this season from wherever you live.

How to watch the Rangers on cable in 2025

If you live in the Rangers selected five-state coverage of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of New Mexico and have DirecTV, AT&T U-Verse, Spectrum, Astound and Fubo you will be able to access the games on the providers designated channel.

The team is also offering free over-the-air (OTA) games on Friday home games for the first time since 2014. Right now there are 15 scheduled OTA games beginning with the March 28 contest against the Boston Red Sox. In the Dallas-Fort Worth area they will be televised on CW33 but for other channels throughout the coverage area, click here.

The Rangers are also scheduled to be broadcasted nationally 11 times this season, five on FOX, three on Apple TV+, two on Roku and one on ESPN.

For those that listen to the radio or are on the go during a game, the Rangers Radio Network covers much of the same coverage area as the television broadcasts. Make sure to look up where 105.3 The Fan is listed in your local area or stream online using the Audacy app.

How to stream the Rangers without cable in 2025

Option 1: Victory+?

The Rangers streaming plans are a bit different as well this year. Alongside the new television network, the team also entered into a partnership with streaming platform Victory+. Currently, Victory+ is offering a season pass for 2025 for $100, reduced from the original price of $145.

Option 2: MLB.tv

This is the option for the Rangers fans' that do not live in the coverage area of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of New Mexico. Subscribers can get access to every Rangers game that is not nationally broadcasted or chosen for a select streaming service such as Apple or Roku.

The total cost for MLB.tv is $149 per year or $29.99 per month. Or if you're a T-Mobile customer, you could take advantage of the provider's MLB deal that gives customers access to the service for free.

Option 3: Other streaming providers

This games will be few and far between, with a total of five between both platforms. But they still require different apps then what fans might have in their homes. Apple TV+ will cost a $9.99 monthly subscription but Roku can be accessed on all Roku devices and TheRokuChannel.com.

Rangers will be broadcasted on Apple TV's Friday Night Baseball on April 4 against the Rays, April 25 in San Francisco and May 16 against Houston. Roku will air on Sunday's on May 18 against Houston and June 1 versus St. Louis.
