2. Jorge Soler

Soler becomes a free agent after the season and so if Miami falls out of the NL East or Wild Card races they might be looking to trade Soler rather than let him walk. Soler is not far removed from being an impact player for the World Series-winning Braves team in 2021. He has shown that he can come into a team and make an immediate impact. He helped carry the Braves after Ronald Acuna suffered an ACL tear in 2021. He could have the same impact with Texas. Soler at 31 is probably the perfect age for this team as well in that he is seasoned veteran, who has played for winning teams, and will not be overwhelmed by the moment. Soler currently has a .257 batting average, five home runs, 10 RBI's, and a .913 OPS. He could easily slide into left field and give the Rangers someone who can hit with power and drive in runs.
