The San Francisco Giants, Kansas City Royals, New York Mets and Houston Astros close out the 15 team lottery. Their best finish was in the inaugural draft securing the fourth overall pick, who they turned into Wyatt Langford the following summer. Last season, the luck wasn't as strong, landing the 12th overall pick and used it to grab high schooler Gavin Fien.
The Rangers most likely won’t pick in the top six, in which case they would pick no higher than 14th, and possibly as low as 18, depending on if any teams behind them in the draft order end up in the top six.
