The Rangers(1-0) look to clinch their Wild Card and continue their six-game playoff winning streak in Tropicana Field against the Rays at 2:08p.m. CDT.

In game one, the Rangers scored four runs alongside four Rays errors with the Rangers 14th shutout of the season.

Right hander Nathan Eovaldi (12-5, 3.63) will start for the Rangers and right hander Zach Eflin (16-8, 3.50) will start for the Rays. Since the September 5 game against Houston where the Rangers lost 14-1, the Rangers are 4-1 in Eovaldi's starts.

September was not kind to Eovaldi, as he boasted a 9.30 ERA. But in 43 innings pitched in the postseason he's 4-3 with a 3.14 and 1-0 with a 1.69 ERA in the Wild Card round.

Zach Eflin however in post season play has not recorded a win or loss, but his teams went 3-1 in his starts. Eflin's ERA in the Wild Card round is 4.50 in two innings pitched.
